Arc of Rensselaer County, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, needed assistance to address various IT challenges.

Complete Network Was Ready to Help.

The Backstory

Don Mullin, the CEO of the Arc of Rensselaer County, has been utilizing Complete Network’s dedicated support for the past ten years. With a mission centered on enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, the Arc required a robust IT infrastructure to support their diverse programs, ranging from residential services to community activities.

Complete Network, understanding the unique needs of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, has been a strategic partner to the Arc since 2012. With Complete Network’s expertise, The Arc was able to secure grants and negotiate special licensing deals through TechSoup, ensuring that they could allocate funds effectively for their IT projects.

“For the past decade, Complete Network’s team has provided our organization with invaluable advice and hands-on guidance for improving our IT processes. Their assistance has helped us prevent system outages, stay on top of completing system updates, streamline our internal communications, and save money on IT upgrades.”

“At the end of the work we do at The Arc of Rensselaer is people’s lives. We rely on email and the use of an Electronic Health Record to provide the best outcomes for the people we support. Before working with Complete Network, we experienced intermittent IT system outages, significantly impacting our operations and teams from providing support.

However, over the past decade of partnering with their team, we have encountered limited outages, all thanks to the robust support system they assisted us in setting up. Complete Network thinks of it all: security, backups, and maintenance are key areas they are on top of.”

This ensures our team stays focused on clients who have made a commitment to us. Our clients know they will be taken care of because our people are only serving managed clients.”
