I am very excited to announce the launch of our new brand and website. In June of 2017, Complete Network Support merged with Waypoint Solutions Group. Since that time, we have been known as CNS-Waypoint. Effective April 1, 2018 our company name is Complete Network.

The name Complete Network reflects our goal as a business. In coming up with this name, we looked at dictionary definitions of the words.

com·plete  /ˈkəmˈplēt/
having all the necessary or appropriate parts.

net·work  /ˈnetˌwərk/
a group or system of interconnected people or things.

Our aspiration is to be a Complete Network of people, processes, and technology that enable our clients to make the best use of their IT investment.

What can our clients expect?

Our number one goal during this transition has been to improve or maintain our quality of service. With that in mind, here are the details you need to know.

  • There is no change to the ticket submission process. All email addresses, phone numbers, websites will continue to work
  • Our service level agreements will not change.
  • Our teams will not be changing. Through this transition we have retained 100% of our top performing employees.
