That’s because we only recently started serving the Greater Savannah Area under our current brand. For the past two decades we operated as Progressive Technology before joining the Complete Network team. Today, while our name has changed, our roster has remained top-notch – in fact, it’s been augmented with a deep bench of Tier III technicians.
But yes, the name is new.
So, it only seems right to (re)introduce our company to Savannah businesses. With that in mind, here’s a brief guide to what makes us different, who we help, and what we can offer as Complete Network.
We recognize that there are a lot of good IT companies serving the Savannah area, and we also know that at a surface level, many of them look similar. Search for IT services and you’ll inevitably find some variation of the phrase “We take care of technology so our clients can focus on their businesses” sprinkled across ten different websites.
But, while differences may be difficult to decipher, the truth is that not all IT companies are the same. From specific industry expertise to uniquely structured service offerings, different IT providers bring different things to the table that can hinder partnerships or take business’s technologies to the next level.
With that in mind, we want to be clear in communicating how we’ve built Complete Network to stand out:
1. Our experts really are experts. Most IT companies claim that their team is the best, then provide you with a point of contact who has never worked on a server before. We don’t do that. Instead, we provide dedicated, virtual CIOs who have over a decade of experience leading technology strategies in real-world businesses.
Our people could legitimately be leading tech departments at Fortune 500 businesses, but our business model brings them to you.
2. We price per user, not per workstation. Most IT companies charge extra for server administration and for requests outside of the scope of normal workstation support. Our pricing model is unique because we’ve found that supporting technology really means supporting people.
Pricing per user allows us to cover more and provide more value.
3. We take a proactive (not reactive) approach to IT. Again, there are a lot of IT companies that claim to do this – and to be fair, some actually do it. But many end up in a reactive position, responding to issues rather than helping businesses to plan for the future.
Our strategy doesn’t take a backseat when extra support requests come in, because our team has 50+ Tier III technicians supporting our aforementioned industry-leading vCIOs. In other words, we really can be proactive.
4. We’re really fast. We’ll admit that this isn’t totally unique, but it is totally helpful. Our average time from support request to resolution is industry leading. That’s a big part of why 98.7% of our customer service reviews are positive.
As you might expect based on the approach that we’ve laid out above, our services aren’t the best option for every Savannah business – they’re best for certain types of businesses. In other words:
We’re best at serving businesses with more than 20 workstations. Some businesses are simply too small for strategic IT to make sense. If you have fewer than 20 workstations or you’re simply not looking to grow your small business, you’re probably better off working with a smaller, local provider.
We’re best at serving professional services and healthcare businesses. Within the range of business sizes that we’re equipped to serve, we also have a focus on these industries. That means that we’re great at serving businesses like engineering firms, medical practices, and financial services – but it also means we aren’t specifically designed to serve manufacturing companies or retail outlets.
In other words, if your Savannah business has more than 20 workstations, is in healthcare or professional services, and is looking for strategic IT, then the odds are high that we’re a great fit.
We provide Savannah businesses with two models of engagement: fully managed and co-managed IT services.
Fully managed IT services are great for businesses with more than 20 workstations looking for a comprehensive IT solution. Again, we price per user, and we’re equipped to take care of every need – from helpdesk support to network administration.
Co-managed IT services are great for businesses with more than 50 workstations and an existing IT department. Rather than hiring another internal employee to augment a skills gap, these businesses can select customized packages of services to cover their needs. It’s far more cost-efficient, and it makes adding additional expertise easy (since, again, our bench of Tier III techs is 50+ deep).
You can see our homepage for a full list of the services that are available within both models.
We’re no longer called Progressive Technologies, but our services are backed by a deeper team that’s built to deliver the best IT services in this beautiful region.

In an ideal world, technology would be a consistent source of competitive advantage and benefit for small and midsized businesses. The reality is that many fail to realize that confidence.
Without the right resources and support, even a highly skilled technology team can become overwhelmed by the growing list of technology management duties. When important tasks get neglected, it creates ripple effects throughout an organization that damage productivity and efficiency.
The co-managed IT services model solves these problems by providing your existing IT team with all the support and resources they need to successfully plan, manage, and defend your network technology.
